A Little About
​Myself

I'm an Instructional Designer who graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University and with a Master of Arts degree in Instructional Technology and Learning Sciences from Utah State University.

Professional Philosophy:
I believe that training doesn't need to be dry and rigid, but that it can be both educational and engaging through video production, graphic design and other e-learning tools. I believe in thinking "outside the box" when it comes to how training is presented. By making training more fun and engaging, learners better retain information and apply what they've learned to their work and to their daily lives.
